  Graphics Card

  Hi fellow listers,
  I have made a deal with a freind for a trade on his G5 dual 2.5. The problem is he had it rigged for graphics work and bought it from Apple with a graphics card which blocks the second slot therefore rendering useless for Media100HD. My efforts in getting the stock card supplied from Apple, the ATI 9600xt or the Nvidia cards supported by Media100 as per the peripherals guide, has not been successfull. Any ideas anyone??

  Either try to grab one of these cards via eBay, or buy the single-slot 30″ Cinema-display capable card from Apple (I forgot the name of it). Graphics cards are much less of a cause for problems these days than they were some years ago.

  Radeon X800 is much better!
