  new media 100 codec creates files that lockup system in M100i

  I just started using the new codec which allows me to render M100 files in After Effects 6.5 on a G5. I then import them into my
  M100 project on another system (G4, OS9.2.2) everything looks great, but they seem to create an unstable
  system. They are locking up the M100 forcing a reboot. Can’t seem to pinpoint when it happens. Sometimes when
  I’m adding a transition to the file, sometimes when I’m importing the file. Always when I’m handling the said rendered file. Has anyone else had this problem?

  Yes. I’ve had this problem and it was adressed in some earlier posts. My system seems to crash everytime I put a title over a file rendered on a G5 in AE-6.5. The crashes seem to occur most often when I tried to render a title over a video clip rendered on the G5 system.
