When matching color correction in Premiere, you select the reference and then it colors the new file.
When matching audio levels using Essential Sound Dialogue, it adjust both clips.
What is most often needed is to match a new audio element to existing elements without changing the old element such as a new pick up audio recording. In a long form show, you dont want to match all other clips to the new clip, but instead match the new clip to the old.

Havent found a way to do this. Is it there?

    Thanks!!
