  Metadata – custom fields/Add Property

  Hi, thanks in advance for any help, suggestions, or workflow workarounds.
  I’m using PPro 13.1.5 on Mac Pro (trashcan) running OSX Sierra (10.12.6).
  My footage is P2 from a Panasonic HVX-200.

  I’m trying to add several custom metadata fields to my footage: Location, Camera Motion, Framing, and Talent.

  I’ve added the columns via Metadata Display/Add Property within the Premiere Pro Project Metadata schema.

  Here’s what I’m running into:

  1. I can’t batch add info to the new fields in the Project panel; I have to click & paste individually. Within the Metadata panel, I can batch add the info, but none of it shows up in the Project panel’s column for that data.

  2. Within the Dynamic Media schema I found a Shot Location field and added that property to the project window view, but again no data populates that column.

  3. Could all of this be related to the P2 format? Premiere won’t read some of the fields available within P2 (P2CMS). And Bridge won’t add any metadata to my P2 files.
