  Video out: Freeze-frame instead of black-frame

  Situation: Timeline with two clips. Nothing in between.
  I play and the video out (blackmagicdesign ultra studio) is showing
  the last frame of the first clip while running through the gap.
  All other systems doing it right. Showing black as it should.
  I can’t change this with the blackmagig settings.
  Looks like some clown had changed a PREMIERE config
  which is unfortunately secret to me and my colleges.
  Has someone the info on how I can change this behavior of PREMIERE?
