  NTSC to PAL converter ?

  Hello all,
  Urgently needing a freebie ( hopefully ) NTSC-PAL converter. Can anyone suggest any ?

  I am unaware of any free application that would do this. Perhaps, VirtualDUB? But, if you have AE it can do an acceptable job.
