    Hi

I’m trying to make my voice sound like this in premiere.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbvlLYmesrs

I added a hightpass, pitch shifter at 1.09 and a tiny bit of echo but in the end, the sound is too clean. I kinda want to make it sound saturated but without adding any gain. Any idea?

What would be your way to achieve such effect?

    thanks

that’s not so much talking underwater as it is using really low quality mics. you can try walk talkie presets, add distortion, downsample to 8 bit, add bubble/breathing sounds etc with EQ only letting in 400-1200 hz through.
