  Adjustment Layer not applying all effects?

  I have an adjustment layer with a transition applied, in which there is transform effect with scale and position keyframes. The scale keyframe is having an effect, but it seems like the position keyframes are having no effect. I’ve never had this kind of thing happen before. If you check around 1:40 in the project file you’ll see what I’m trying to do. Thanks!
