  No video Playback Between Fit and 150% Scaling

  I just updated PP CC to v13. I get a thin white line at the bottom of both the preview and program panels when trying to playback video scaled less than 150%. Never had this problem after updates before. I experience the same problem with projects created on older versions.
  I’m working on a 2015 MacBook Pro, 2.2 Ghz Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory.
  What am I missing?
