  Premiere Pro CC 2018 ‘Copy failed’

  I’m ingesting 1080/50i XDCAM from a SxS card which seems fine EXCEPT that PrPro reports ‘copy failed’ with no more details available in Media Encoder. Only seems to happen while copying with MDS verification off. The clips land in the browser and seem fine but it’s a worry. Anyone else seen this warning.
