  how to remove flicker/noise (for lack of better term)

  Hi
  Please have a look at this clip: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEGZZC8h It might be tough to see but if you look at one of the roofs, you see these white lines trailing up and down. I call this flicker but there might be a more appropriate term for this.

  I looked up “remove flicker for premiere pro” and saw that this is due to lighting not matching the frame rate…

  Just wondering how this happens and how it can be removed in premiere (and what this issue/effect is called)

  Looks like Moire.

  Adding a little Gaussian blur might help.

  Typically cutting short form from UHD MP4, HD MP4, and HD P2 MXF.
