  How to add a transition to just one side of a clip with keyboard shortcut?

  Hi there.
  This may be pretty basic but I’m flummoxed. In Premiere pro if I clicked Ctrl D it would add a transition to the end of the clip that my cursor was near. Now in CC if a clip is selected and I presss Ctrl D it adds a transition to both sides of the clip, which I don’t always want. If I have a longer transition at the other end, it resets it to the shorter default. How can I add a transition to just one side of a clip with keyboard shortcut, without affecting the other end?

  Click on the edit point that you want the transition to go to. Then hit CMD D (CTL D on PC?)
