  Weird overlay on Phantom footage with new update

  I’m getting this moving overlay image on my Phantom slo-mo footage with the new 12.1 update. I can’t think of any 3rd party plugins that I have that would do this. Any one else see this and know of a solution

  No it’s fine with Resolve. Just the new Premiere upgrade. Though when I open up this project in Premiere 2017 it shows up as well. It was never there before.
