  Time / data overlays

  hi there.
  Wondering if anyone can point me to some resources where I can have an overlay on a video showing time/pace… For example like they do in olympic swimming/racing events or in car races.. where it shows the lap time and average speed…

  I saw how to incorporate a timer in premiere pro but what about speed or average speed of a runner? For example 2:35/km and it adjusts real time??
  I’m guessing I would have to have the data right but how to overlay?
