  Media browser is slow / unresponsive

  I’m having real issues using the media browser in Premiere.

  I try to navigate folders but I just get a message saying ‘Reading…’ which then hangs.

  Doesn’t matter if it’s network folders or the desktop. It’s basically unusable.

  Anyone encountered this, or know how to fix it?

  You need to provide more info in order to troubleshoot since your problem is localized to your system so what are your specs?
