  Cross Dissolve has a Black Frame

  Editing in PPro CC . Never had this issue before. On the same video channel I try and dissolve from a video clip to a still image and I get a Black Frame, then is dissolves fine. I literally have to go on a different video channel and it works fine. Any suggestions?
