  premiere pro dynamic link not working

  I’m having trouble dynamic linking from premiere pro to after effect.

  I’m able to send it and open after effect when I right click and choose “replace with after effect comp”.
  But nothing shows up in the AE projects it is empty.

  All PR and AE version are up to date

  why is this happening

  Have you tried having After Effects already open with a new project and have it saved as a blank project first, then sending media to it from PP?

  Hi Harry,

  Are you still encountering this issue? Have you updated to the latest PPro and AE version? As James mentioned, sometimes opening AE first or saving the AE comp will cause dynamic link to work correctly.
