  Premiere Pro CC 2017 export for Instagram

  Hello, I’m new at using Premiere, I’ve shot a video in 60fps with my dslr and used twixtor to create a slow motion clip. After exporting I can perfectly watch my video on my windows pc, but when I transfer the file to my android phone it cannot play it. And I want to upload it to Instagram, but since android doesn’t play it, Instagram doesn’t play it either. What can I do? I’ve tried many formats but they don’t work, and it has to be 60fps, otherwise the slow-mo looks awful. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  Not sure if androids can play 60fps but make sure you are making a H-264 (.mp4) file. There are even several presets within the H-264 choice for android phones.
