Subtitling (open captioning) with Premiere Pro CS 6

All I could find is related to Premiere Pro CC.

August 2, 2017 at 2:25 pmYou probably do NOT want to do this in Premiere if it’s more than a handful.
(Any NLE is dog slow in this, and you need to do a lot of timing / move text from one title to another, stuff like this.)So I recommend a dedicated subtitle tool.
