  Adding markings on the fly when doing a ingest from tape

  Is there any program that allows you to add markers when ingesting from tape using the capture tool.
  An example is when watching the ingest and I need to add marker for a jump cut is there a program that will do this?
  So I don’t need to write down the time code and take my eyes off the screen.
