  color shift

  I have some footage shot on the HVX, 1080i 29.97….

  I want to effect all the red pixels in some of my shots

  What do you think is the correct filter or process to accomplish this?

  Well it depends on what kind of effect you want to apply, there is a plug in from https://www.genarts.com/sapphire-ae.html that can help you.
  Distort RGB and Timewarp RGB separetes the 3 channels for you.
