I have a 30:00 minute sequence. It is exactly 30 minutes and 00 seconds.
When I export it in Premiere Pro, the output file is 30:01 in length. It has 1 extra seconds!

I checked for solutions, but couldn’t find anything better than fixing my sequence to 29:59, which then ends up in 30:00.

What can be the reason for the additional second?
My sequence is 24fps, and the export is 25fps, and I may only assume this can be a reason.

    Any idea?

I simply changed the fps in the export settings. Premiere manages it quite well, but takes some more time.
The files I have are all in 24fps.
I needed the output both in 24 and 25 fps, for submission requirements.
