  Premiere custom keyboard kerning bug

  If I create a custom keyboard layout in Adobe Premiere Pro 2017.01 adjusting kerning in the titler no longer works via the keyboard. It still works with the default layouts but I really need keyboard shortcuts for things like nesting.
