  • Media is Online but rendering as an offline clip

I just updated to Adobe CC 2017 (operating on Windows 7) and am having problems rendering my video project. While editing, all of my clips are online and I can see them. When I render, two .MP4 clips are encoding as the red Media Offline message. I tried unlinking and re-linking. That didn’t work. I tried moving them to a new location and re-linking. That didn’t work. I tested rendering a small section of the affected clip and it rendered out fine. It seems to just be a problem when I render out the whole 40 minute project. Any ideas?

The first thing I would do is clear all cache files, Sometimes this will get rid of the issue.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
