  Video Bouncing after export. Anyway to stop this?

  I am working with 1080p 24fps footage and need to export it to 480p 29.97fps to go to a dvd. However after it is exported the video bounces slightly. You can only really tell on the top and bottom of the screen. Is there any way to get rid of this or is it just a result of adding more frames that are not there?

  Any help would be fantastic, Thanks!

  You can export MPEG-2 DVD at 23.976 frame rate, why change it?
