  Importing/Exporting custom Effects Preset Bins

  So I created an effect bin with all sort of cool effects.. this bin lives on the hard drive and when I open the project on a different computer the effects bin is not there..

  1. can an effects bin be imported/exported
  2. where is that custom effects bin stored?

  I need to send my effects bin to another editor, anyone knows the best way this can be done?
