2 clips into one. Watermark and video footage.
I have 2 clips: a watermark and a footage.
The watermark is ontop of the footage.
I also have an intro with a dissolve transition.
My problem is when I preview it you can see that the watermark is suddenly there and is not getting dissolved.
Is there a way to do this?

Select both the watermark clip and the footage below it. Right-click and select Nest. That combined the two clips into one nested clip, and the dissolve should work on both.

Or add the same dissolve on the watermark with the same length.

Thank you, this is exactly what I wanted.
I have two more questions though.
as you can see in my image the music transition is only on 1 side.
Is there a way to make it like half on each clip?And can the transition that is on the left clip be placed on the right clip?
When I try to drag it to the right side, it doesn’t do anything? -

Okay, but now I get an errors saying it doesn’t have enough footage.

What do you mean by that?

‘Heads and Tails’ are the areas of video beyond where a clip is cut. For example, if you have a 5 second clip, and you shorten the tail, or end of the clip 1 second, making the clip length 4 secs, you have a 1 second ‘tail’.

How can I keep those or get those heads?

Don’t use the complete clip for the edit. Leave a few frames from the end or the beginning of the clip to the dissolve.

What did you mean by that, because what I did was this:
I got a video from 15 minutes and then cut a bit from the start and the end with the cut tool (shortcut c).
