Exporting a video with one clip at 24fps and another clip in the corner at 24fps
I am working on a video where the main video footage is fullscreen at 60fps and then there is video footage of a person PIP in the corner of screen at 24fps. I like the way both clips flow at the fps they are at but I am assuming it is not possible to export the video and have both clips looking like the fps they were recorded in? I will have to choose either 60fps or 24fps and let premier change things yes?

It should export the way it appears in the timeline. If your main footage is 60fps, the 24fps footage is likely duplicating frames to play back at the same speed. Export a short segment to test it out.
