  Insert Closed Caption Premiere CS6 ?

  Hello,

  I am finding it very difficult to start the process of inserting CC using Premiere CS6.

  Do not even know how to generate the CC file, and if this can be done directly in CS6 or do I need another software.
  Working with video in HD .MXF

  How do all this flow, even export the video with the CC embedded in the video?
