  audio configuration in adobe premiere for broadcast standards

  i’ve read so many threads my head is spinning on the subject of audio configuration in adobe premiere for broadcast.

  the deliverable requests:

  HD discrete two channel stereo

  channel 1: stereo program left
  channel 2: stereo program right
  channel 3: m&e left
  channel 4: m&e right

  i’m unclear as to how i should modify the clip channel mapping.
  
  and i’m also unclear as to how I should configure my sequence settings.

  
  in the sequence, I only have a single track with two channels. the deliverable asks for channel 1 & channel 2. i’m confused. should I be doing dual mono?
  
  the project prep is complete. I would really appreciate any tips on this before the real editing begins.

  Make every track type adaptive and use the map button to map the proper channel outputs.
