  Trouble capturing mini dv cassettes

  Having problems with consistent capturing from mini dv cassettes. Am using camera to play back and Premiere Pro to capture. When capturing, often stops with blue screen displaying on camera. Have 200 old tapes to transfer to hard drive. Any help much appreciated.
