September 26, 2013 at 2:59 pmIn general, reduce the target bitrate, increase key frame distance to 1-2 times the frame rate (or set it to auto), and use a higher profile to improve quality:bitrate. What codec and export settings did you use?

September 26, 2013 at 6:07 pmYou did not mention what you are exporting to?
What file type?A 10bit uncompressed file will be much larger then a .mp4 clip for example.
A mpeg2 is heavily compressed and will be smaller then the original file size by a lot, depending on the data rate.
What is your delivery?
Have you looked at all the presets in AME when you export?Chris
