I have a sequence in which I had to sync the audio track to the video, and now that I have the 2 synced is there a way to make a new clip from my sequence? I would like to take several clips from this sequence and use them for a new sequence without cutting up the larger synced sequence. I hope I explained this ok.

select all the clips you want and copy them.
    Open new sequence and paste.

Or select the synced piece, right click and nest.
Drag this nest into the Source Monitor where you can cut several clips from and drop them in a new timeline.
