  Starting Fresh in Premiere, Guidance SVP ;o)

  hi CC :o) i’m glad i found you

  i have a degree in graphic design, but i didn’t learn any of the bigger editing programs. i self-taught some of the smaller ones, but i hear that premiere isn’t one of those that’s as easily self-taught.

  i’ve been watching some tutorials, but does anyone here have some experienced opinions about specific things to learn, do or pay attention to?

  Skip most online tutorials if they’re done by random users. They most often lack insight concerning the features of the program or the skills used in editing in general.

  Check out Lynda.com’s training series as well as the Premiere videos available on Adobe TV and here on Creative Cow. The latter two resources are free.
