How to conform 60fps video to 24fps to achieve slo-mo effect?
I am a new user to PPro. Running CS4. I need to figure out how to convert video shot at 60fps to 24fps to achieve a slow motion effect.
In FCP I would simply open the video in Apple Cinema Tools and Conform it to 24fps (or 23 point something).
Is there a similar feature in PPro that enables this?

Right click item in bin > Modify > Interpret Footage > type in 24 for fps. This works much like Cinema Tools without needing an extra app.

I was trying to follow your steps, and using CS6, I managed to right click on the timeline clip and set Speed/Duration. Also set ripple edit, shifting and audio pitch to retain the clip. We ran a few experiments on a drone project recently and it worked out well.
