  framerate? RAM? Vid not viewable..only see stills instead of video

  Not sure if I don’t have enough working RAM or exactly what, I am running Windows 7 on Lenova 5575 pc. Premiere Pro 6 in monitor window just shows a frame here and there and no flowing video, is there a setting I can change to view this better? Thanks for any help, obviously a newbie.

  What are the specs of your laptop and what footage are you trying to edit?
