  Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 importing?

  I just got Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and everytime I try to import a video it says the file isnt formatted. I dont understand what to do….Help?

  First you need to find out if CS3 support the format you are trying to import.
  This information is found in the Help: File formats supported for import.
