I’m getting random synch drift from all inputs, including tape capture via firewire, signal capture via hdmi and black majic capture card, and from directly importing vob files. Ideas?

You’re going to need to provide more info if you want help:

    Computer Specs.
    Sequence settings.
    I/O card.
    Video Codecs.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. I usually use HD60i sequence. I am outputting to wmv. The system came from 1Beyond and I don’t know what type of I/O card it has. Since I posted this my capture deck went out, the firewire port stopped working. Also my Black Magic capture card stopped working. All that said, when I try to encode in CS5 the system locks up. Trying to output a simple wmv 1920×1080 square pixel, that gets it farther than anything else, but at 15% it all locks up.
