  640×480 30fps .mov Premiere CS4 issue

  Hi,

  I have some .mov 640×480 30 fps 96kbps/44khz that
  I need to edit in Premiere CS4 and export as H.264
  640×380 mp4 30 fps. However any sequence settings I
  choose the image needs to be a bit rescaled and the
  encoded file looks blurry/foggy. I also installed
  Moyea Importer but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
  This is the first time I encounter this issue.

  Any hints would be appreciated,

  You can create your own Preset to match the specs of your footage – when starting a New Project (New Sequence), go the tab on top for Settings (it may vary between PPro versions) and there you can hit the Edit Mode drop down and choose “Desktop”, then set all the parameters (frame size, frame rate, audio, etc.) to your needs. At the bottom, choose SAVE PRESET.

  This will allow you to edit your footage natively
