Importing video with 2 audio tracks
Hi.
I want to import a video which has 2 audio tracks (german and english, each stereo) and I thought, Premiere would do that without problems but it seems to do just what Microsofts Moviemaker does: it places the 2 tracks over each other with no option for separation. I searched for hours now but I couldn’t find any answers so I’d be thankful for even the smallest hint.
One more thing: why do I have the possibility to write a post in this forum, even if I’m not registered and when I’m about to post I suddenly have to register? I don’t get it.

Are you capturing from tape? Please share the video source and your workflow, settings

Actually I’m not that much into Premiere yet. I imported an avi-file (divx-codec) which is playable in 2 languages. Now I’d like to export the whole video or clips with only one of the audio-tracks; Premiere recognizes both (in the properties) but plays them together, overlaying each other and I was not able to separate them.
