New to the Board!
Hello all! As indicated, I am new to this board and also new to the world of video editing, so please excuse what s probably a rudimentary question. I have created an animated title block in AE and exported it as a lossless quicktime video. The problem that I am having occurs when I try to use it in Premiere Pro. Even though I created it without a background, it still blocks out the video as if there is a background, can anybody tell me what I’m doing wrong or how I can get this to work? Thank you in advance!

You probably need an alpha channel in the file. Or ‘Millions of Colors +’, as opposed to ‘Millions of Colors’, which doesn’t hold an alpha.
There are a lot of approaches to this, so this is just something that will hopefully get you moving in the right direction.
