  Best format to export advice please

  Hi, I’m looking for advice on exporting. I’m using a 19″ LCD to to display a premiere pro made(DV PAL) video and was just wondering what the best format is to export to? Ideally I’m looking for something that can happily fill the whole screen.

  DV pal is 720×576 period, you cannot change this.
  Exporting to another format with a larger dimension will deteriorate the picture enormously.
