  .MTS files stutters in preview

  Hi all,

  I used Premiere several times this week, but i can’t understand why my MTS files from the Sony HD Camera stutters after making my timeline and use the preview mode right side above.

  How to fix this?

  AVCHD requires a fast machine for good playback.

  That’s what people say but I did tests last night with MTS files from my Canon camera at the highest resolution and Sony Vegas and Pinnacle Studio both played MTS files just fine. Adobe Premiere could not play them at all. Same computer different results.
