  HD Authoring with Credits

  I rendered an project in Vegas 7 at 1080p and all of the footage looks great including the credits in the rendered file, however, when I author the project in Adobe Premier Elements, the video still looks great untill it reaches the rolling credits. The credits look jittery and broken up. Any suggestions ?
