  Cropping and export to Quicktime with no size change

  Hi
  Can someone guide me as to the correct method of cropping and re exporting to the exact same file type and dimensions as the original source file?

  I have a quicktime movie which I’ve added speech metadata to.
  All I need to do is crop the resulting file, but so far haven’t had much luck…

  Use the Crop Effect and place a check in the “Zoom” checkbox.

  You will also find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
