  How to make something look like unfinished footage

  I’m trying to create an effect with some footage I have. Sometimes when you watch a deleted scene on a DVD the footage looks grainy and sometimes has weird numbers on the top and bottom of the screen. I wish I had found an image to give an idea of what I’m talking about but unforuntaely I don’t. I hope somebody out there has any information.

  You can use the timecode effect to have changing numbers superimposed on top of the footage.

  You will also find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
