    I used to use an older copy of premiere say about 8 years ago, version 6 I think, and I can remember adding an effect to a piece of film which was similar to this:

    Picture a robin on a branch, the film is desaturated so that it is in grey scale except for the red of the robins breast.

    I know it is a relativley simple filter to apply but for the life of me I cannot remember how to go about doing it and now that I have CS3 and I am coming back to film editting after five years I don’t know where to start.

    If anyone can help I will be very greatful

    Video Effects > Color Correction > Leave Color

    Thanks, I knew it was something simple… now I just have to re-shoot the scene because the lighting is all wrong and I’m done
