  how to output from AE into Premiere without rendering

  Can someone please tell me what kind of video I can output from After Effects and then import into Premiere Pro and not have to re-render in Premiere Pro…

  Match your AE render settings to your Premiere project settings. For example, if you’re using DV in Premiere Pro, use DV settings to render from AE.

  If you have Adobe Production Studio, you can bypass rendering from AE entirely using Dynamic Link.
