  No Capture PP1.5

  I have spent an hour or so searching the COW and tried numerous logical attempts at solving my issue to no avail and thus my first post… be kind as my hair is falling out!

  Just taken delivery of a Dell 9150 with 3.4D, 4gb ram, 2 x 250GB drives, 7800gtx/256mb, 2450 display 1920×1200 etc. Yes great! XP pro SP2…(do i smell a rat with SP2 and PP1.5?)

  EXCEPT…

  Prem starts up crisp, firewire controls camera no problem in all aspects as quick as lightning but capture window refuses to record a single frame. I can capture in movie maker so I presume its not the firewire cable. I am using same tape and tried others, disabled scene detection…

  Any help will be very greatfully accepted!

  Appears is a SP2 issue in particular with older DV cameras…
