A few days ago i used a green screen for some interviews. I did my best for lighting, however, when i put it on premier it was choppy around the person in the shot. Is there a way to clean it up so it looks sharper??

Try using multiple instances of the Green Screen Key effect to pick out multiple ranges of color. You can add as many as you need.

If you shot on DV footage this can be a problem for any keyer.

if you have After Effects check out dvMatte from dvgarage.com. it is optimized for Dv and does a terrific job.
